Dr. Dace Rezeberga
Dace is associated professor and president of the association since 2009. The chief gynaecologist of the Maternity Hospital in Riga. Dace has a good potential and is experienced in international projects and cooperation. This is confirmed by a number of association’s achievements, including activities targeted at promotion of reproductive health in Latvia, work to specify the role of health sector in providing help to the victims of violence, etc.
Dr. Ieva Baidekalna
Ieva is trainee of P.Stradins University Hospital, Riga, Latvia of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Since 2007she is Secretary of Board of the Latvian Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Egija Lapina, M SC
Egija has a good experience and detailed knowledge on violence prevention and development of supportive infrastructure and environment for victims of violence while working within WHO violence prevention program. She has participated in national implementation of major activities targeted at violence reduction; development of recommendations for the specialists of reproductive health regarding family violence against woman; development of specialized training program; translation and adaptation of TEACH VIP curriculum (Training, Educating and Advancing Collaboration in Health on Violence and Injury Prevention) developed by the WHO and she has also organized and participated in several training seminars on this issue.

Sarma Novicāne-Lazdāne
Sarma works as project coordinator in the Latvian Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has experience working as project manager at the local level in different areas related to health and the voluntary sector. Sarma also worked some in a Crises center, where she provided psycho-social counselling and crises intervention for victims.
A social worker by training, Sarma also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Latvia.
