Rape
Rape occurs when someone intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with his penis; that other person does not consent to the penetration, and the perpetrator does not reasonably believe that the other person consents…whether the people involved know each other or not, have had a previous relationship with each other or not, or are married to each other.
